PROJECT OVERVIEW
Phase 2 of the Alliance Bernstein project, in Pune, situated on the 11th floor and valued at 4.35 crores, focused on integrating advanced AV solutions across various meeting spaces. This phase included installation in 22 huddle rooms, six small meeting rooms, six medium meeting rooms, and a distinctive divisible training room. Each room was meticulously designed and equipped to meet stringent global standards, ensuring functionality, reliability, and seamless integration with Alliance Bernstein’s operational needs.
A highlight of this phase was the divisible training room. This room featured dual Zoom rooms that could operate independently or combine as needed, providing flexibility for diverse training and meeting scenarios. The project’s success was underpinned by rigorous testing protocols, ensuring all installed systems met performance expectations.
Building on the foundation set by Phase 1, completed on the 6th floor, where 15 huddle rooms and six meeting rooms were similarly equipped, Phase 2 expanded our capabilities in collaborative spaces, reinforcing our commitment to advanced technology and efficient workflow facilitation. The project exemplified our capability to deliver complex AV solutions with precision, meeting client objectives on schedule and within budget.

The client’s primary objectives centred around enhancing their workspace with advanced AV solutions that would support training and meeting employees’ requirements. They looked for timely installation to minimize disruption and maximize operational uptime.
Specifically, they aimed to create a seamless environment where AV technology would facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and training sessions across their various meeting spaces. This included the need for flexible room configurations, such as the divisible training room, equipped with dual Zoom rooms to accommodate different group sizes and purposes.

SCOPE OF WORK YOUR COMPANY WAS INVOLVED IN
We were responsible for the comprehensive AV installation on the entire 11th floor of Alliance Bernstein’s premises. This scope of work encompassed the design, integration, and deployment of AV solutions tailored to meet their diverse needs. Key components included the installation of a custom-designed divisible training room equipped with dual Zoom rooms for flexible use scenarios. This room was designed to accommodate large gatherings or be divided into smaller spaces as needed, enhancing versatility.
Additionally, we installed AV solutions in multiple huddle rooms, small meeting rooms, and medium meeting rooms throughout the floor. Our team ensured that all installations met Alliance Bernstein’s stringent functionality, reliability, and user-friendliness standards.
Throughout the project, we emphasized thorough documentation and coordination to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing support.
